HIS MAJESTY’S

SOUND AND COLOR

A live musical performance engages all of the senses, and His Majesty's Sound and Color represents this enthralling experience with a play on the concept of synesthesia. The saxist, our titular monarch, powers his performance with a sip of his martini. Two dimensional bursts of color, done in flat flashe, emanate from sax and drink, sitting in the three dimensional world made with heavy body acrylics to impart texture and impasto, especially in his majesty's royal mantle.
